"Although property staging is optional, it really shouldn’t be. When you’re dealing with such a significant financial transaction, you don’t want to hope for the best and settle for a lower selling price or a longer marketing period."

"Our house was so beautifully styled that many potential buyers were actually trying to talk themselves into purchasing the property, even though it was too small for their needs."

Maryna from Ustage was fantastic. She not only did a stunning job at styling our investment property for sale, she also helped me extensively every step of the way in the renovation process, advising me on what colour to paint the property (which looked brilliant), what colour I should use for the carpet, what window dressings to use and where to purchase them cheaply, how we should address the garden area etc. She was very generous with her time and let me call her throughout the process to answer any questions that I had and talk me through different styling points. Maryna was an absolute pleasure to work with, and the final result was like out of a gorgeous style magazine.

I contacted Maryna at Ustage after my partner’s property sold quickly following the use of there services. I was selling a unit and she suggested I change a few small things in the bathroom to update the style, put new carpets and curtains in and give the place a fresh coat of paint. Maryna gave us tips on what colours to use, ones that opened the place up and make it appear larger than it had been. She then used furniture that utilised the space in the most effective way. She used attractive, neutral pieces to maximise appeal to a wide range of buyers. The buyer was from the first open home and made a good offer right from the get go. I think the updates and freshness that had been injected into the property definitely helped achieve a quick sale. I highly recommend Maryna’s services

Maryna at Ustage was recommended to me from a real estate agent who had used Maryna’s services in the past. Maryna came in and did an assessment of my house and recommended that I change the window coverings and some of the light fittings as they made house look quite dated. My house at that stage, had a bit of a bachelor pad feel about it. The house also had a tricky peach colour on the walls that was although in good condition was again dated. The recommendations were inexpensive (such as sheer curtains) but wow what a difference, when you combined it with the styling pieces turned the place from bachelor pad to a house that the prospective buyer had fully invested in. It had been turned from a house into a home that the new buyer, a mother and her daughter had fallen in love with. The house has been on the market for over 3 months when Maryna came in and it was sold within a week.

I can’t thank Maryna enough for getting my house sold which enabled us to buy our dream home. Though I almost didn’t want to leave when I saw how good my old house could look.

There is no doubt that this was the best decision I could have made. The new owner of my home fell in love with the house because first impressions are so critical. The sale was very quick and it was a nice experience to spend my last few weeks in my home of 28 years with it looking its best.

If you don’t use a Ustage to assist in the sale of your home I suspect you are losing a lot of money.

You would also be lessening your chance of a quicker sale.

My suggestion is to chat with Ustage. They would only take your job on if she was sure her services would make a significant difference.

Thank you again.
